LOL!  Nice that the Lady in your photo is wearing sensible shoes for trampling.  I have discovered that I really MUST have my balance bars if I'm going to do that in stilettos.  Skin just wiggles around to much!  Wall-e and I enjoyed the low healed 'riding boots' much, much more.  I could even stand on his back while he was 'up' on all fours.  The door frame was more than enough for me to keep my balance and I didn't have to worry about the stilettos making puncture wounds.
