Status: offline 		Lindsay Lohan never entered my mind when I first saw the commercial. I never drew a connection between her and something as wholesome as milk, and it certainly never occured to me that someone smart enough to use E-Trade would ever date her. Even if they were an infant.

I think that she is taking herself and her name a little too seriously to be honest...there are other people in her life that deserve suing more...

She is just doing the lawsuit because she aint been in the news for a couple of days. She claims she has "one name" recignitio like Oprah or Madonna. Saw a news item, there are something like 1,500 Oprahs, 9,500 Madonna , and 90,000+ Lindsay in the U.S.
I kind of thought of Prince sueing the spagetti people years ago, then he became "the artest formally known as..."
Maybe this is a good time for her to change her name....
