there is a good amount of anti gay sentiment on the silver boards.
...and yet- if I am a stacker and we are right- then a gay guy - gets to have some say so in things. he who has the gold rules. on that idea- it can shut people up. (from the hate)
I had a job where there was a rivalry- the mgr told me that they must consider Mr x because of age discrimination- and they told Mr x that had to consider me due to sexual orientation discrimination. While this was not a state law- - there were a few lawsuits- and the company itself made the policy.
It worked- there was less adjetating.
