uh-oh! its a good job youre in Wisconsin!

In case you didnt know/cant decipher Welsh - its St David's day (Dewi sant is saint David) and I think he just wants to see it marked, even though its over. Saint David is patron saint of Wales - an odd little place filled with English people from Liverpool and Birmingham where a few brave native souls persist with the Welsh language - mainly to piss off the Saesneg (English) and insult them without them knowing.

If we (which I don't need to) sort out the history ... it was the other way around (check the maps of hilllfort evolvement)(and the retreat of the icefield) we were here FIRST ... and we use no "hired help" ... we still have a party ... which even the English ... to this day ... do not.

I look forward to the day when England gets it's own day and I can smile along with you guys and another day for us to cross cultures ... we can drink Cider and be happy. (oh ... and  the stilton, of course)

Cymru am byth.

Glaubst du ehrlich so? Ich denke es geht, indem die Auslaender verstehen nicht - es gibt Probleme aber wenn die Auslaender nur ein paar Woerter kennen, wie "Saesneg" zB und begreifen dabei dass man ihnen bespricht.

The only response I can give to that in the same languaage you used, if translated accurately, would get the Yanx in a tizz and even you would raise your evebrows ... ease off so ... I have no doubt how much your tribe needs a day .... and I'll be happy to celebrate it with you. Why use german ? ... Ich verstehen (ish) but not everyone does here ... my gaelic ? ....  I will translate (open offer ) ... upon your decision to reciprocate, I will put you in touch with my translator ... who works for the national library (Cymreag) ... (he's originally from near you ... and English ... YES ... English) [;)] PEACE.

For EVERY national day on our islands ... there is an English attempt to SPOIL it ...

We always have daffodills in the house on St David's Day but this year none of the local shops have had any. My mother has gone home to Wales this year and no daffs their either. At least I had my daff pin to wear.

I think it's cool that Pirate know Welsh.  I can barely read it and I can only write one word...draig.

I blame my scifi books...LOL!

Fuck me - JB has truly gone Welsh; no sense of humour and an irrational will to pick fights over very little.
