I've been on CM for a little while and I've finally decided to post an introduction. I don't have too much to say (at least publicly [;)]) that isn't already in my profile. I'm just a man looking for a woman with whom I can build a good life, a good team. I have profiles up at a couple of vanilla sites, but I prefer CM. I'm looking for a particular kind of (local, real-time) life and teamwork, after all. [:)] (Plus I like perving on hot women- or scammers posing as hot women. [:D])
One thing I will also add is that I don't really think of myself as dominant (though I think I rock the Daddy vibe and it was my peers that once called me Papa Smurf). "Dominant" means too many things (even in the restricted sense here) and it would be dishonest to suggest that I'm the square jawed, broad shouldered, alpha male of anyone's dreams, recruiting posters, epic fantasies, etc. I've known men like that and have been proud to call the good ones my friends. For me, selecting dark blue as my identifying color is about trying to live up to some things that I believe in:
- That if men want to be the kings of their castles (and I do), they should earn their crowns with word and deed.
- That inequality in power shouldn't mean inequality of dignity, satisfaction, or effort.
- And, in the specifically CM sense, that when I say, "Go to the bedroom, strip, and wait on your knees beside the bed with your hands behind your back and your eyes closed" that she'll get as big a charge out of the situation as I will. [:D]
