cpK69 -> RE: What does it say about a man that seeks a doormat? (2/26/2010 4:37:46 PM)

~fr~ Having been treated as a ‘doormat’, by more than one guy, I’d say the most prevalent characteristic amongst them, is irresponsibility. They are the type who want credit for an outcome, when things work out well, while putting little to no effort toward the goal. When things turn out poorly; it wasn’t their fault. They are extremely self-centered; it is ALL about them. All but one had issues with one, if not both parents, except one; he was within the last three of eleven, so I suspect by that time, his parents were too busy supporting the family to spend much time with the kids. Whether or not that is the cause of their behavior, I couldn’t say. Of course, this is my personal experience with specific people, and I should mention, none of those relationships involved a D/s dynamic. Kim
