A sub was quizzing me on goddess spot / g-spot / tantric massage (I have heard all three titles applied to it) which I particularly enjoy practising/performing/doing - hmmm none of the words seem appropriate - on a woman. However, if your lover/dom went straight in and did this it would either feel unpleasant and uncomfortable, or you would feel nothing.
So first of all you have to be very aroused, and have started to have several orgasms. I find that oral sex is best for this, as the majority of woman can climax with a skilled use of the tongue on their vulva. This area may now feel quite firm and it will stick up into the vagina.
There are very few images of this on the net as most porn actresses never reach this degree of engorged arousal, if they are aroused at all (and the amount of lube that they have to use testifies to the fact that few "big" orgasms on film are actually real).

Fisting can be lovely, very intense, but it’s a scary idea to many women, and smacks of damage and violation, but it isn’t like this in my experience at all, it takes time and skill, and deep trust between the partners, but it can be profound.
