Dominant female + submissive male boyfriend/husband + second male of any orientation (though often dominant)

Dominant female and second male (aka "the bull") have sex. Submissive male may or may not be present for the event. Dominant female teases and humiliates submissive male by telling him stories about her tryst with the bull. Submissive male may or may not clean dominant female of the bull's fluids.
