Master and I are doing a photoshoot next week with a professional photographer.  We have both done amateur modeling in the past, but never as a couple or in a D/s themed shoot.  Any info or suggestions to make the most of our time?  I'm sure the photographer will bring a lot to the table too, we've had a lot of conversation between the three of us, but I was just wondering if there was anything we should or could do.

Thanks!

Try to put as much of your own private personal jokes into the shoot as possible.  If you have a bit of a joke about grapes, bring along a bunch of rubber grapes and do a shoot playing with them; you feeding them to him or something...that sort of thing.  If you portray as much of your personal relationship as possible, the pictures will come out that much more realistic and genuine, and it'll make it more fun and rewarding for you as well.  Posing is one thing, but you have to have something there to model if you want to be a model, so don't be afraid to show off the most personal aspects of your D/s relationship.

Have fun and good luck.  :)  Hope we'll get to see when you're done!

thank you for the advice, I think we're both serious ppl, so it wouldn't occur to us to do something more lighthearted, but I can see that projecting a certain aspect of our relationship that might make it more special.

Thank you for the advice, I'll post for anyone who's interested...

I would also second maybe including some objects that personify your relationship eg. a cuff, collar, clothing or toy that you both love to feel or have him do something which always takes you to your submissive place eg. yanking your hair really hard, slapping your face etc

And yes please let us know when you post some pics I would love to see them

I totally agree with the above advice. I've done a couple Bondage type shoots and had a blast. Please post the pictures when you have them :)

thanks to all for the good advice, we will definitely be incorporating some of our usual activities and accessories, we have in no way a dungeon, but we do have a decent collection of stuff.  We've been working with the photographer and isolated  Wiemar Republic style and the cheesecake style photos as the genre in which we'd like to work. I'll resurrect this thread with a link to our website when we get the pictures back and uploaded.  Your responses are greatly appreciated! :)
