i was viewing a few profiles, and i noticed that at the end of several of them, it said "Serious replies only!". While i respect the desire of some to not be disturbed by scammers, fakes, wankers, and time wasters, i thought it was rather comical to think that putting "serious replies only" at the end of your profile is going to act as much of a deterrent to Nigerian scammers. Moreover, most of the people who send the "not serious" replies aren't going to take the time to read the full profile anyway, so that message at the end really doesn't accomplish much. i can just picture a financial domme getting ready to send out her 100th generic e-mail of the day demanding tribute from random subs when suddenly she is stopped in her tracks because she sees that the targeted sub has "serious replies only" written on his profile. Yeah, like that's going to work. [8\|] Another one that i thought was funny was one person who had in big bold letters at the end of her profile "Don't contact me if you haven't read my ENTIRE profile!!!!!" The irony of that was hilarious to me. How are those who don't read your entire profile supposed to know that they are not to contact you? After all, they didn't read your entire profile. i'm obviously bored, so i thought that i'd share those observations. Does anyone else have any similar things that they've seen in profiles that are equally funny or nonsensical?

Hey! lol My second line was often... read my profile before you contact me... I don't chat or cam. If they can't read that far and do it anyway... it is a way for me to say... no response... no thanks... and I don't waste any time on them. lol It's a tool man! Makes sense to me! lol

Maybe not similar but equally silly-this is definitely something to take up some of your boredom. And to make matters worse, he's a sub. UGH. Every now and again I just can't help but respond to these people. Just for the entertainment value. I just think it's funny when people put these things all the way at the end of a very long, detailed profile. Sure, I read all of it, but the scammers certainly don't.

The absolutely dumbest thing, that makes entirely no sense, in My opinion, is any version of the following example in a profile (or a forum post for that matter). "I have been a dominate for many, many years in the lifestyle. All slaves must respect for the dominate that I am." (Please note the multiple incorrect form of the word. It's not a typo.) How in the world is anyone supposed to be taken seriously, with their "years of experience" but can't tell the difference between a noun and a verb astounds Me. Just think, they actually believe folks will be interested in any version of the conjugation of the verb "to do" in relation to BDSM.
