Hey all,

How many of you are single and going on on New years Eve? If going out are you going by yourself or with friends and where?

I haven't gone out on NYE in over 22 years (meh- my age is showing) But a female friend of mine has talked me into going out to a club/bar/ restaurant that we frequent about once a month or so. Having a huge party etc etc , and I admit the dancing is great and so are the drinks.

I'm just wondering if we will 'stick out like sore thumbs' being single women when it is mostly couples....Or is this not just a couples night anymore?

22 years is along time. LOL

Thanks in advance for sharing.

Laura

Go out, have fun, and the heck with what anybody thinks about a single woman or two going out to bring in the New Year in style.

I have gone out on NYE before when I was single, but this year I think I am going to hang out at home. Maybe do a puzzle or watch a movie.

Don't worry about what other people think. I doubt anyone will notice. Just have a great time and if your in the mood, do a shot for me. Happy New Year.

Well, if you're "single women" and wish to make the aquaintance of single men it's a "good" thing to stick out like "sore thumbs!"
