It's been so long since I've seen hair on balls, I'm not sure I believe it actually grows there. But I'm not going to do a google image search of "hairy balls" to prove myself wrong.

Status: offline 		I flirted with the idea during the first few months when we were still using condoms. She said she preferred it au naturel which was fine with me. I didn't particularly look forward to the exercise but damn it's a bitch when those little bastards get caught in the condom as it's coming off. Luckily we dumped the sheaths and are now fluid bonded so it's no longer an issue.

On the flip side, she shaves and has been doing so for years - way before we met. I liked it immediately and have become so spoiled by it that I cannot see myself going back in that regard. While I dabbled once or twice in going down over the years this is the only relationship where I have done so with regularity and vigor. I tried to figure out why I did not care for it many times over the years. I think I now know why.

To me its inconsiderate of someone to have long, and/or bushy pubic hair, if they expect their partner to give them oral sex. Gagging, and vomiting from gagging, is neither fun or attractive.

As a practical matter, long hair is easier to push aside and restrain. Not saying I prefer it, just pointing that out.  I've never understood this alleged epidemic of pubic hair in mouths that disturbs so many people. In my experience, it doesn't happen very often and it's easy enough to take care of when it does. I have an incorrigible gag reflex and I've never come close to vomiting. My partner usually thinks it's cute/funny if/when I make a little furball sound trying to loosen a stray hair that found its way to my mouth. For me, that's just part of embracing "sex is messy."

So, yeah... trimming is nice (particularly balls/taint area), but I've never understood the insistence on clearing the field.

ETA: Aileen, I'm not falling for it! ;)
