Good to have the affirmation! I'll have to look around the DC area - maybe a med student. I'd imagine us keeping extensive documentation of sessions/results, considering this isn't the sort of thing the mainstream medical profession could get ethical backing on (for instance, almost all human subject testing for hypothermia goes back to WWII).

Why do you assume a med student? They won't necessarily be kinky. Why not look here on collarme and look at the profiles in your area. Also, if you do find a woman that you find attractive, try to approach her with a polite letter and don't start listing all your kinks to her until she asks.

im a service oriented slave and my own pain level has grown dramaticly sine i was collared by my Mistress. for me i had only recently discovered the bdsm world when i mt my Mistress and in that time my tolance has indeed increased. now i do have adhd so my brain chemistry is off and i find that the pain helps to focus me more. when im not on my meds the subspace is more intense being without is not tollarable so i do enjoy the space i get. the level of trust that you develop and how relaxed or focused you are helps to get the mind ready to recive the stimulus. for me if im excited it takes me longer to get to fly with my Mistress but i do get there, also the alternating of stimulus as mentioned above is helpfull to redirect the stimulus to the pleasure center of the brain(next to the pain center).
