Just out of sheer curiousity: Have you or someone you know ever been arrested while wearing a chastity device? If so, how did it go?

Not arrested but my uncle and aunt were pulled over on their way to the hospital (pulled over for speeding) because she apparently had a rather large object shall we say 'stuck' in a place it wasn't intended to be. I wasn't there but I hear the look on the cops face was priceless when she got out of the car. Though they did get a police escort to the hospital afterward.

Then there was the time my neighbor was driving across canada, with five dogs in his car, and was woken up by a cop after spending the night parked on the side of the road. Unfortunately he was absolutely soaked in dog piss, and...it gets better.....was wearing a puffy shirt and a kilt when he got out of the car. I know hes a little nuts but still...sometimes I wonder wtf goes on in his head....

A masochist friend was arrested a day or so after I'd (very kindly I thought) thrashed him and was covered in welts when obliged to take a supervised shower at the police station. The cops were very interested in how he'd come by those injuries, and its mainly due to embarassment that he wouldnt tell them, otherwise I might have expected a knock on the door....

But no, no police involvement when "otherwise attired" for me or anyone else I know.

I can imagine the scenario though - the police need to search prior to detention, but find something unusual. Much consternation, embarassment and humour would follow.

But then it would occur to them that they couldnt put the detainee in a cell with that thing on so they would need to have it removed - detainee will not disclose name of keyholder as a private and personal matter in no way connected with the reason for arrest, and also because keyholder may be arrested.

Medics and fire brigade called - impossible to remove without causing injury.

Psychologist and/or psychiatrist summoned, detainee now threatened to be detained under Mental Health Act or similar if keyholder not disclosed.

Manufacturer contacted and will not reveal who bought the device but offers to send someone to remove it, sometime in the next few days.

Detainee lost in the system.

A couple years ago I got pulled over while wearing a CB3000 and it was not the usual experience to say the least. It was also not for the faint of heart.

I was being a kid again I guess, it was Labor day 2007. The device may have actually saved me a trip to jail. Among the tickets they wrote me were driving under suspension, open alcohol, loud music and peeling tires. I had a case of beer in the backseat with about five missing. Most of the time that will result in a DUI charge. Even under suspension you go to jail around here, but not this time.

I can't say wearing the thing actually helped me out, but it might have had something to do with it. They discovered the device when they frisked me. The asked "Am I going to find any drugs or needles that'll poke me or anything like that" I responded "No, unless you count the joint in my cigarette pack". The combination of all this I think saved me from the hooskow. You have to know just how to talk to cops, and you do much better. It's a technique that, unfortunately, I have had plenty of experience with. There were probably other factors, like being a holiday the jails were probably full up, and they didn't want to deal with my "special case" today or something like that. Actually you can get charged with DUI in this state after two beers, and I think if they make that charge they HAVE to take you to jail. So in that way it may have saved me from alot of trouble. It was also in a city where I have no good lawyers and no pull, so I would probably have had to take it.

Interesting though, they wrote me a ticket for that joint, but then didn't search my car ! Although I had nothing, there could've been kilos in the trunk, or guns, just about anything. But I don't smuggle, it's not worth the risk. They don't know that though.

Sometimes it doesn't seem so, but cops are human too. The old joke about the guy talking his way out of a speeding ticket by saying "My Wife left me for a police officer and I thought you were trying to return her" is something that I think probably has happened somewhere.

My ex got arrested while wearing a pair of white lacy very feminine knickers silky rear with lace panel front. And a cock ring made of a hair scrunchy around his testicles. I got strange looks when I went to see him, but nothing compared to his embarrassment, well he was six foot 4 and built like a brick shithouse.
Ive had several embarrassing moments with cops and taxi drivers while doing home parties with a hockey bag full of lingerie and buzzing toys.
But nothing to do with chastity

You know.. I keep coming back to this thread and thinking.. Is being arrested (kink or not kink) more common than I think?
