Do you mean actual pornstar pictures? Because if they are of actual pornstars i'd say its a safe bet to say they are fake accounts/scammers.

That is my thought exactly. They are obviously not this person so the profile is misleading, selling something of no value for something, or in other words, a scam.

There are a few ladies here whose pics could pass as pornstars'. If the rest of the profile is scammy, then report away.

Agreed. What kills me is they don't even try for lesser known adult stars, just pick some of the mainstream girls and steal some photos like we don't know? I'm right with you on the reporting, though. Whatever little we can do.

Well who really cares. If we didn't mention them and just totally ignore the ones that arouse suspicion, they would bugger of in the end. Many of the woman seem to think that putting a pic up featuring a 25 year old while listing their age as 45. I have seen quite a few woman with bodies that looks the part, but on cloose examination the scin tone always gives it away. Lets face it the law off gravity gets us all in the end. I don't call it wrinkles, rather the beginning sign of real maturity.

A certain UK Dom does this. I innocently asked, if he had permission to copy and use the picture from the porn site. i note his profile vanished. it was a bit obvious, it was a direct copy from one of the ads that are on the right hand side.

As to porn stars, one from a while back, who i wont name. Yes i can use her pics, we're very alike, well were a few years ago, and she gave me permission to use them as avatars.

Over on Fet I saw a dominant seeking an LG, that had a profile pic of a women sucking a cock. People put up pics of things they want, or who they want to represent, or of who they are, or not any at all. A scammer is someone who is out for your cash without being upfront about it. Frankly if I was out seeking a mate and I saw Brad Pitt's image on a profile in front of me, I am smart enough to recognise this may not be Brad. How come so many guys don't have that sense?

If somebody's using a picture of somebody who isn't them, then I don't think you should feel too bad about complaining to the admins about them wherever they found the photo they're using.

The way I see it, these profiles clutter up the rest of CM. If small steps can be done to remove them, its less hassle for all of us on a whole. I believe you misunderstand me Missokyst, the profiles I'm referring are along the lines of "Hi, this is me yadda yadda" with pictures of an adult model, sometimes with the website watermark not even cropped off. There are not depicting scenes of "this is what I like to do" or "this is my fantasy" but rather a common profile face pic. It is in an obvious fashion and I fail to see how, in this thread at least, you would come to the conclusion that most guys lack the sense for this.

I just want to caution ppl against getting too aggressive with this. Obvious profiles, like the ones mentioned with model/watermark images, sure but I had someone msg me calling me a fraud and threatening me with reporting me to both collarme and the "authorities" for illegal use of copyright images. Funny thing though, the "image" in question was both a photo of me and one of my digital paintings, just like my current profile pic. Sometimes people get so frustrated with fakes and frauds they start seeing them even in real people. Just be 100% sure beforehand!

They lack sense because they fail to think beyond their dick. A hot porn type girl is going to be trying to attract a mate on CM or anywhere? Oh come on! Yeah you are wasting your time and the sites time. The site used to check every image, but it's not an issue anymore. You will just become a pain bugging admin with time wasting reporting issues, instead of letting them do their job and protect the site from real dangers like stalkers and paedophiles. If an artist wants to prosecute, they will - being one I can say that from experience. It's their image and their responsibility, just like it is each individuals responsibility to work out if a image is not taken by the person on the profile. Be more constructive and do something else, like give up your time and work for a chariety. the.dark.
