i admit i just ate half a dozen warm chocolate chip cookies.
i admit i downed a glass of milk with them.
i admit this is soooooooooo not on my diet.
i admit not being able to quash the chocolate craving is a bad bad sign.
i admit i just fought with my son about leaving the door open between our rooms so i didn't feel so alone.
i admit that's very selfish of me.

1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon will get rid of sweets cravings.
To curb chocolate cravings and also sweets cravings in general, drink some sesame seed milk. To make sesame seed milk, soak sesame seeds in spring water for 1/2 day. Put the soaked seeds in a blender with twice as much spring water as seeds. Blend until fine. Strain out any solid flecks and the remaining liquid is sesame seed milk. Sesame seed milk will keep in the fridge for two or three days. To improve its flavor, add some drops of liquid stevia or some agave syrup and some vanilla or some cinnamon, all to taste.

Ok, i don't mean to sound ungrateful, but maybe i need to admit some more things here...

i admit on a good day you'll find a 12 pack of soda in my fridge.
i admit on a REALLY odd day you might find a frozen pizza or sandwich makings (if the hurricane is visiting)
i admit i do not buy groceries.
i admit i do not cook.
i admit i know how, love to, and am very good at cooking.
i admit it is only the monster and i at home.
i admit the monster is autistic.
i admit one of his quirks is not eating home-cooked food.
i admit it is easier for me to eat out also, rather than cook for 1

I admit that I played everything that my Grandson wanted to yesterday, and will again today

finger foods only? my brother is the same way. unless it's pancakes, yogurt or swiss miss puddings. Those are the only foods he will use silverware for.

I now have him eating home cooked foods, as it was getting way too expensive. If you want, I will share some tips and ideas of how to help you get him weaned off fast foods.

I admit my Christmas tree will be put up today at his demand...err... request.

i admit i am weak.
i admit i love Him way too fucking much.
i admit i cried half the night.
i admit i do NOT have any desire to go to work and deal with the public.
i admit my meds won't even stop me from snapping someone in half today.
i admit it is not only fast food that the monster likes.
i admit he enjoys a sit-down type restaurant just as much, as long as there's hardly anyone there.
i admit i don't mind dining out.
i admit i can still eat healthy while dining out.
i admit if we ever had another person come into our home to stay we would have to work on getting him to eat home-cooked food.
i admit the chances of me ever co-habitating are unlikely, slim, and none.

Mark, your love for your grandson, and openness about it, is a joy to experience even vicariously.  Thank you for continuing to share that.  It is such a warm way to wake up in the mornings, hearing about all that love.
