CynthiaWVirginia -> RE: I Admit It I........ (2/9/2016 10:23:40 AM)

I admit the snow fell today and I'm staying in the house. My violet wands (yep, I ordered two, because they were on sale for $19 plus $6 shipping) arrived in the mail (was it yesterday?) and I tried them out today and gave them a good workout. I like the ozone smell, love the color when the tubes all light up (mine are orange/red and someday I hope to get some purple ones too). Each set only has four attachments and yes, I covet more. Especially after going to Amazon and seeing a set of 20 attachments just sitting there, waiting to be bought. By someone who won't be me, not for months and months anyway. I admit I'm hoping that my bastinado and caning/paddling bottom will say yes to letting me zap his feet with it soon. His feet are tied up, even the toes, so I'm not worried that he'd break it during a scene as I would if I used it on someone else. I admit that I bought (today) a horde of Barbie doll shoes of all sorts and some nail art rhinestones in all kinds of colors (3,600 pcs. 1.5 mm stones for just a dollar, plus another dollar for shipping). I'm going to use these on Barbie ball gowns, purses, shoes, maybe even Barbie belts. I'm almost getting the shakes because I want to sew so badly. This stuff will take about three to five weeks to arrive from China. I admit that someone has sparked my interest in painting again. Not oils this time or my cats would have field day. Nor water colors. I want Pokemon pix of dragon types and other favorites and never see them anywhere (stores show just the cute babies), and by next month I'm going to get canvas and more acrylic paints and brushes and I'm going to have FUN. Forget shading though, and that kind of thing. I'm going to do them like...I'd color in an adult coloring book with colored pencils. He wants one of them too. Maybe I should be naughty...and send him a drawing of stick figures to yank his chain before sending him the real picture. I left a lot behind me without looking back, till now. Now he's making me go..."Hm". I admit that my ancient computer may soon be unable to go online till I've saved up for a new one. Chrome is telling me that it won't be doing more updates for XP. IE stopped working for me on this computer soon after it made that same announcement, about a year and a half ago (or longer). Adobe hasn't been able to update in a coon's age. I admit that my ancient minivan has several problems too (the air quit blowing the other day, so the heat is gone). This will be my highest priority and replacing my computer will have to wait in line. So IF I suddenly go poof in a week's time, or in a month or two, I'll be back.
