The first, no, it was an eviction we were fighting. The owner of the property got nosey. Freaked out at the sight of all the dungeon equipment and then proceeded to evict us. Turns out, his manager lied to him about our group and he had no idea we were a BDSM/Fetish group. We lost, but the time it took to set the court date and proceed with a hearing allowed us just enough time to find a new place. That was 17 years ago, and last I heard, the group (no longer a non-profit) is still going strong today.

The other, yes partially the reason, was a yearly weekend long camping event held on private property. The neighbor found out and went to the township and they changed some laws then tried to cite the home owners for breaking the laws that weren't in effect yet, as well as keep the event from taking place. Master had to go to court and fightt the citation, which he did and won. The event wasn't able to be held on his property any longer (new ordinances wouldn't allow more than 4 or 5 cars overnight on his property), but someone else stepped up and offered up a new venue so the event still took place but it was the last one in a four or five year run. For those wondering, the event was called Whipstock. I have a link to a couple old news articles around here somewhere, although I don't have the original newspaper article where a map of our home was front page news.

What kind of things happened at Whipstock? I've never been to a BDSM event. I'd like to go one day, but probably not to a camping one... (held in the forest? sounds creepy)

I admit I have spent the last month or so in a allergy med induced haze..

I admit I have a massively heavy heart, but I will keep going..

I admit my son is almost done with school.. finding a way to pay for that nearly wiped me out but I managed to come up with the remainder of his tuition so that he can graduate..

I admit that is one less stress

I admit it wasn't in the forest LOL!
I admit the cornfield in the back 40 was creepy though.
I admit there were demonstrators, speakers (like Dossie Easton and Janet W. Hardy), some pony players, lots of naked people and play and a giant pig roast to name a few. One thing we did NO have was the dug pit that a guy who wanted to be pooped and peed on all weekend asked for. I admit we had to draw a line somewhere.

ETA I admit I was just a worker bee, and take no credit for these events. I was just collared to the Master who ran/planned them at the time.

I admit I'm experiencing some strange, unfamiliar feelings of......boredom!
I admit I"m almost never bored, except lately I have been.
I admit I haven't been able to focus, can't sit all the way through shows I normally really enjoy.
I admit I'm just going to go to bed and sleep away the boredom.
OH! I admit I go tomorrow to find out if my next grandchild is going to be a girl or boy.
I admit THAT isn't boring and I'm suddenly excited about something.

I admit, never mind... nothing to see here.

I admit one of my colleagues (age 63) just underwent surgery and was found to have pervasive brain cancer. I admit it looks like he won't have that golfing and fishing retirement he was planning for. I admit, damn.

I admit my coach put me on a particular 9 day detox which had it's effects today....cause my body was showing quite a lot of signs today to tell me "get me sugar!!! NOW!!!"

I admit, though, I stuck together with my coach and so my body got none of it [:D][:D][:D]

I admit he is an incredible coach, he even checks on me daily right now (via sms) to find out how I am doing on this 9 day plan....I soooooooooo did not expect this extended Support from him....but it is nice and does help a lot....though I would not have dared to break it up anyway, considering he organised this 9 day programme for me at a massively reduced rate...

I admit tomorrow I will have to do a workout at home (as I am not going to the gym as long as my face has got ist bruises from my fall) which he gave me at the end of our last session (and as a reminder via sms[8|]) and then I will do sports with him again on tuesday and thursday [sm=mrpuffy.gif][sm=mrpuffy.gif][sm=mrpuffy.gif][sm=line.gif]

I admit he really truly rocks [sm=champ.gif][sm=champ.gif][sm=champ.gif] and I am glad I found him to get back to where I want to be [sm=yahoo.gif][sm=yahoo.gif][sm=yahoo.gif][sm=yahoo.gif][sm=yahoo.gif]

I admit on another note my cat pepper needed the vet thursday and today....though thats the wrong place for that [:o]
