I admit that I was browsing through some old posts for the first time in years. I admit I had a chuckle when I recognized a lot of old names. I admit that the more things change, the more they stay the same. I admit that being a birth father is occasionally weird! Today marks 14 years since she left the hospital with her adoptive family. I admit I got to see her a few weeks ago, and it blows me away all over again. I admit that while things haven't been smooth and easy, life's been fairly good overall. I admit there was a trip across the country a few months ago that was fun, even if it turned into friendship rather than something more. I admit to rambling on, and snickering at the potential 'Who the hell are you and where have you been?!' posts. I admit that I'm surprised this insane thread is still going!!!

FR I admit I am fed up of our heating oil delivery company... I admit I ordered the oil on 2nd of march to get it delivered last week... I admit they did not bother to give us a delivery date, so we called them twice about it, once it was at the end of the week 2 weeks ago... I admit we tolerated to get it delivered a week late...this wednesday....but of course, I admit, this tuesday I got a call, that they can't deliver it yet cause the van which we need (a small one due to our tight roads here) needs to go to the garage...so now it gets delivered next week wednesday.... I admit, of course, now the worst shit happened, cause now we run out of hot water [:@][:@][:@] I admit it is not so much an issue for me as I can take a shower at work, but it is a hassle for my partner and quite frankly not for what we booked it for in time... I admit we actually still have 150 liter of oil left, but as they are split in 3 different tanks the control part does not recognise it and so it won't give us any more warm water [:'(][:'(][:'(]

FR I admit on another note, I ended up in a horrendous muscle ache from my personal training on friday... I admit I emailed my coach that I can't do the homework from him tomorrow (doing 5 rounds of the workout which we did in the end on friday - there we did 3 rounds of it - afterwards telling him, what amount of time I needed for it), that I "might" do it on wednesday and also that I am not sure if I will attend crossfit on wednesday... I admit his reply was: "Homework!!! I had no clue that this was open for discussion??? THEREFORE! Plan: Tomorrow, monday with no excuse 3 rounds! Wednesday Crossfit! Friday Sport with me! Not moving it around, no excuses, stick with it!!! Doing sport just once is nothing. I am looking forward to get your time result of your WOD tomorrow" I admit jeeeeeeeeeesh.....I really hope to get better tomorrow....as my 22hour shift over night last night was really horrendous with this level of muscle aching... I admit I am off to bed now....as I have to leave at 5am tomorrow, to be able to take a shower at work, before starting my early shift.....le sigh....

I admit, thanks shiftyw, whilst yes, he doesn't have a medical degree, he does have a great degree in the sports field which included a lot of studying of how the body works and knows, when to push and when not...and if I really can't then I won't anyway...besides, he takes my fms serious, a fact many doctors still don't do these days... I admit before he worked self employed he worked with the fighting jet pilots from our army to get them ready and obviously from that time he knows how to get serious within a split second... I admit, though, I decided 2 hours ago to resign my crossfit box now and so I'm dreading a bit when he enquires about the WHY of it...but well...still 4 days to go until facing him again... I admit my scale just showed me the lovely weight, that I'm only 300g off a new lowest weight...so hopefully I will finally have reached it when I have to get up again in 4 hrs time [:)]

I admit it was so windy that a gust of wind almost blew my bike (with me riding it) into the path of a passing car. I admit I came home and decided not to ride today until the wind lessens a bit. I admit I feel jipped. My dissociative antegrade and retrograde amnesia left me with very little of my life to flash before me at so close a call. I admit that I shouldn't feel the loss of something I can't remember but I do. I admit having holes in your memory is most frustrating when the bank decides that to verify your identity you have to go through a list of things you should know about your past. I admit I've had to in several occasions speak to numerous bank managers before finally gaining access to my accounts.
