Perhaps...I actually thought of joining, but every day is a lot for me, I'll consider it though. My back problems, are the problem. Chiro and dr basically said to have a rest day unless I want to be in a lot of nerve pain...but I could walk everyday maybe.

See? Yes. You could. The point is to give you support, and a reason to 'check in' that's not a partner, a bff or anyone else that could nag...a walk. Sitting on the floor, stretching...hell, sitting on the sofa with some hand weights! And every other day if you have back issues...NO ONE JUDGES. Seriously... It was a key element for me. I admit. I'm sending you hugs. I admit. I'm imagining a thread on another site...for our own Kinky WorkOut Challenge!!!!!

Blonde, it sounds like you have a great support group going. Exercise is something I need to do more of as I need to lose weight. Unfortunately I am several weeks into a torn achilles tendon and stuck in an aircast. Might get to start mobilizing next Friday if lucky. I admit that the only good thing about hauling the aircast around is that I have dropped at least 10 pounds.

I admit I had my three month reminder yesterday as to why I'm not a masochist and why being a zombie sucks. I admit the shots in my spinal cord suuuuucck, but necassary. I further admit I'm a big Poonany that gets sleepy from taking aspirin. I finally admit I'm going back to bed.

I admit we have had a successful day... I admit we finished our gardening tasks... I admit we put up our lamps in our hallway...and I admit we finally put up the remaining laundry (onto the line) and sorted out more from our kitchen... I admit gosh...we do have way too many stuff in there, to get them sorted in our cupboards... I admit I sorted out a fair amount of cups today, as I had no idea, that I have that many ceramic pots from my favourite style....therefore, the older type ones (16-20 years old) have to go now for good... I admit we also chucked out one of our 6 pans (we never wanted that many but due to having had 3 households, we ended up with 6 of them) as that one wasnt really up for the job anymore... I admit we also have 4 can openers...[8\|] and so on and so on... I admit I never thought to need a drawer just for all that shit which we don't need to have countless times in our drawers....[:o][:o][:o] I admit its time to go off to bed....good night everyone [:)][:)][:)]

I admit I just ordered reduced table cloth stuff, as I knew I already have other parts of that one, to get the set complete... I admit, because of that, I checked my table cloth drawer and realised that the main one of that set isn't in there....nor a different one which came in my mind...
