That's ok. When I get out there, I will come bearing the required tiny copies of the Declaration of Independence and other silly tourist-y crap. I admit that I find it amusing what a culture decides to turn into cheap plastic trinkets to symbolize themselves for others... [:D]

I admit it, I'm sitting here nearly crying because I just got off the phone with my pet, and it's simply not right for me to say "Sweet dreams, dear one. I love you." and he's not in bed where he belongs, but on the other end of a damned phone. I admit that I'm going to bed now, and am probably not going to get much, if any sleep. I also admit that I think the hot dogs I ate earlier were possibly past their prime, as I'm not feeling quite so good. >.< Oh well, will give me an excuse not to go in to work tomorrow. Even though I'll probably be fine by then. It's nice having the constitution of your average slab of granite.

fairly low-dose diazepam. I had whiplash from a car accident last week - damn back has been in spasm ever since. Over the counter painkillers haven't been touching it, but at last I can walk reasonably well and I've been almost pain-free for a couple of hours. Heaven!

It has helped with that too! But hopefully it's only for a few days until my back sorts itself out. I admit I want to start going to the gym again!
