so have been talking to someone on here who turns out to be man not woman and then thinks cos they are being honest now everythings ok....im niave but that niave...why on earth would i believe someone who has just admitted they are lying?

There was a very long thread on how not ok this was very recently.  http://www.collarchat.com/m_2872447/tm.htm  It wasn't the topic of the thread, but when the truth was uncovered, I think you can see how quickly that kind of thing is frowned upon.

It does not make sense, maybe someone can clear this up.

What sense does it make to misrepresent yourself to someone you want to meet and possibly get naked with, maybe even intimate ?

I mean really, other than my cocky attitude, really I don't lie because it is not smart to lie.

& lies, especially big-blatant-boundary-pushing lies, are a red-flag, safe-word, game-over kinda thing for me, mostly . ... . The more lie (size or quantity or importance) the less trust, that's jus' how I roll; & if the liar ain't flesh of my flesh, blood of my blood, I have almost no reason to wanna try & fix whatever the lie has broken . .. .

I still say the internet should have a safety thing against liars when the truth comes out. Granted, I had thought of a little hand buzzer thing to begin with that shocks you through your keyboard when caught in a lie but a cattle prod feature might work better.
