I'm not sure on this but I believe you could sign a prenuptial agreement. I'm pretty certain that you can put into a prenuptial agreement on how your partner is allowed to act and not act and then breaking these means that they are not entitled to any of their master/mistresses money when they get divorced. I will say I'm not definite on this but it might well be true.
