As much as I dislike posing because of the replies many "rare-posters" receive, I am mystified.
I just looked at my own profile on the front page, and also clicked to view full profile.

On the overview all my capital letters are low-cap, i.e. "i" instead of "I" when I double checked that everything is fine in my profile text.
Also in the full profile the text has a completely different format than I entered in the profile text.

This also seems to happen with journal texts, where all new rows, and colour editing is done in vain.

Does anyone have a clue why this is happening, because it looks god-awful and I cant seem to figure it out on my own.

if I see it from full screen it is ok that isn't a miniscule I at all but a foreign I with a ( ` )on top of it
you must have done this in a word processor because what first shows up is Normal 0 21 false false......

copy it out and use just a plain text processor, because you are getting Micro$oft Word embedded stuff in there and messing up the text.

Hmm it did make it look nicer in the full profile, although I still see double enters. The preview on the front page still shows me small letters where they should be big though, both in internet explorer and firefox...

But thanks for the advice Mnottertail, it already bugs me less.

Everything looks normal from my screen. Caps are in place, no double enters, ect. Have you tried clearing your cache and telling your browser to check for updates everytime?

I noticed earlier today that profiles were displaying all lower case letters on the "short" profile and displaying correctly on the "full" profile. It looks like it has been fixed.
