I would suggest that you make use of the 'Search' function (in the upper right hand corner of any given page here) . . . . .

For many many topics there have been lots of discussions. If you still have specific questions after that, then those more particular questions may be a more effective way of getting at what information you might find useful & relevant . . . . . .

& there's a whole forum devoted to 'Health & Safety', that one will probably yield you the most . . . . .

I'd recommend the books about anal sex and health, there's one for men and one for women. You can get a lot of information online, but I'd really recommend the books or talking to a health professional, so you're assured the information is accurate, since you can never trust 100 percent the information you're getting from website users is accurate.

theoretically babies pee themselves for quite some time and only risk diaper rash if they remain in that state without changing and cleaning. you're not an infant but the same logic holds true. it cannot cause harm in this fashion. i'm going to assume your estimation of a drop is just that. if you're aware of biology and the amount of liquid your body processes in a given day the answer would be the same. it would take a lot of drops and some other conditions that have nothing to do with normal functions to cause harm. which means little mister/miss pee pot would have to be ill and even then it would depend on what's wrong.

Urine is generally sterile and therefore safe to consume. However if the person urinating is ill, it will come through. And if they are on medication, you need to run this by a doctor. You do not want to be ingesting someone else's medication.

The long term risk of strap on play is only much of an issue if the toys are not kept clean and shared between people, and anything is done to the recipient that is painful. I suggest reading anything by Tristan Taromino.

You should not drink the urine of a diabetic. I am sure there are other medications a/o health issues that could effect the chemistry of urine enough to make it unsafe to consume.

MissCake steered you in the right direction for anal information: puckerup.com, Tristan Taorminos site. Strap on play shouldn't have any more potential ill effects than penile anal sex assuming the sizes are comparable/materials relatively soft and people know what they are doing.
As for golden showers, as long as the person doing the pissing is healthy, should be fine in small quantities.

GS play is relately safe however is one is taking medication, it probably would not be an good idea to injest it

Strap play needs to be a gradual, not to be crude, but when you first start, it is wise to go with the pinkie and work up to the whole hand. You do not want to tear anything up. All diseases at one time where unknown so keep everything as clean and sterile as possible
