That's wonderful news!! It's great to see someone who actually fought and won.
When a mortgagor is facing foreclosure, it's a good idea to have someone to cull through the legalese and obscure references in mortgages and foreclosure paperwork.
The courts are really becoming strict with mortgage companies and their attorneys. At least they are in Michigan.
