No, but thanks for giving it a shot. Whatever it was, it was fairly obscure, not a big hit or anything. It might have even just been a regional release; the radio station I listened to at the time was good about trying to showcase bands from the Gulf Coast, like Plain and Fancy, and Van Wilks.
I want to say that the band name might have been something like Alley Cat.... [>:]
