Okay, I'm a pretty easy-going guy, but this shit has got to stop.

Geritol Man disrupting the movie yesterday with his phone call, and today, a whole family of mo-rons, from tots to mom, all talking, rumpling paper, etc.

What's the worst time you've had at a movie? Did you kill anyone?

This is why I used to go to the drive-in.  Well, this plus the fact that I could drink liquor & smoke cigarettes, which as everyone knows always makes a movie better!!  [:D]

Hee hehe [8D] I'll have a couple of drinks sometimes beforehand, if I'm going to see a comedy, grease up the giggle box, so to speak.

We had a drive-in here when I was a kid, but they closed it before I ever got to go.

(breaking out of Chico Marx character)

\no, seriously, I was in CA, and a reject from Soul Train had brought her 2 kids in, these kids were OBOVIOUSLY truly/clinically hyperactive (no fault of their own), but "Miss Thang" couldn't care less and let them play Tag up and down the theatre for the ENTIRE LAST ACT of Godzilla when SOME of us had actually waited in line for over 20 minutes and it's hard to concentrate on a climatic ending when a child (abused by neglect) age 11 id beating the shit out of his brother (age 7 or so) just because Mom can't be bothered to parent them and do ANYTHING that would help THEM enjoy a movie that was MADE for kids anyway.

So I hope their mom got anal warts.

I haven't had a bad experience, but I was inadvertently a bad experience for others once. Back in the 70s I went to see The Exocist. I happen to think that is one of the funniest movies ever made...I couldn't stop myself laughing...it bothered the other people so much the management asked me to leave,,,they did refund my money though, since I wasn't deliberately ruining it for the other patrons.

Plus sex is more comfortable at a drive-in. Those damn theater seats are just too freakin' small. I really should file a complaint....

LadySweetOrSour -> RE: Movie theater horror stories (9/27/2009 4:18:34 AM)

I once had sex with someone in a movie theater. Him sitting, me reverse cowgirl.

I had my head stuck between the heads of the people in front. I didn't mind, but I noticed not one of them even turned their head. Only eyes were moving.

The movie was some Richard Gere crap. It was very boring.

My date and I were in a theater, I was giving him a handjob, and trying to be discrete, when all of a sudden, the female of the couple in back of us stuck her face between our heads and started watching. My date and I were mortified, and we tried to look at each other without turning our heads. But, if I didn't know better, I'd swear she was riding her date in a reverse cowgirl.

Ok, I just made that up.

My REAL horror story was getting caught having sex in the back of a hatchback in the back row at the drive in. A couple of guys in a big assed pickup pulled in next to us and watched the show... and then the movie. Perverts.

Lashra -> RE: Movie theater horror stories (9/27/2009 5:04:42 AM)

I took my kid to see the first Harry Potter movie and some moron behind me kept kicking my seat, talking and belching through the movie. When his phone rang and he started running his yapper really loudly with a lot of cursing, I'd had enough and I stood up and leaned back into his face and proceeded to tell him what a rude mother fucker he was and if he didn't shut up I'd have him removed. He shut up and I didn't hear another peep out of him during the entire movie.
