Status: offline 		i see your point...still doesn't change my mind and make me start wanting to go to church, read a bible (which is just as believable as the "GOR" series) or foolishly give my money to a church while getting nothing but empty promises in return. but that's just me.

Status: offline 		it is interesting how the fall of man is interpreted differently in Christian and Jewish texts. for we see the story as nothing more than a tale. one that provides lessons and teachings that explain or offer insight into the nature of man. a literal interpretation to biblical texts was never given. nor are questions and/or doubts about its authenticity refuted.

the benevolent force often spoken of has been used for the most heinous purposes, which is in diametric opposition to the characteristics we've been conditioned to believe he possesses. as with most things we must discover what is true for us without becoming wholly reliant on another person's biased interpretations.

when you look at the profit margin, as in the gorss cost comapred to the NET profit, and I mean REAL net, not Madoff (bullshit) net?

Christendom makes ALL the sense in the world.

You don't even need SHOES.

Status: offline 		Point To Ponder: Notice how they keep spouting out about "Separation of church and state" yet, when you go to court to testify about whatever, they make you swear on a bible with the closing words " So help you God"? Also, notice how most of American laws are based upon "The Ten Commandments"?
