We have adverts here for similar companies they always front them with a household name but you have to question the sanity of sending your valuables through the mail to someone and then them giving you an honest price.

Obviously they are going to have to make a profit from it somehow so it can’t be the true value. Not exactly like antiques dealing where there is always variation in what dealers think something is worth. Gold is a commodity with a fixed price at a fixed time so where is the profit in trading it unless you are cutting out a chuck of its value for yourself? The question is what is reasonable.

the company tho actually won a lawsuit against the blog. that is very unusual in the US.

They didn't win a suit against the blogsite, it was against former employees who wrote about the company. And they didn't win on the merits of their suit; they won because they lied and said the defendants didn't respond, even though the response documents were on file with the court. At the time the defendants didn't have attorneys, they do now, and I would be surprised if the outcome were to stay the same after all is said and done.

The blogsite has only recently been sued by Cash4Gold.

As you know silver and gold is a hobby of mine. One rumour is that these huge full page ads where they buy your gold at a hotel - that- the super elite has their minuns doing this- and selling it to them for $1300- after paying dismal prices.

Silver is up 50% since the TARP. $15.44 right now.
