Usually He's just my boyfriend- though I've introduced his as Mr.Gorgeous or any other silly little names. I've found that in a vanilla meeting scenario most won't be offended by anything you call each other and if you want a pet name for your "girl" then find one you like.
One night we went out with a bunch of vanilla friends and after a few drinks my friend heard me call him Sir and got curious. We kept the explanation short and simple but she ws asking him permission to dance with me and calling him Sir too by the end of the night... It was cute.
