I haven't been around in awhile. I've been out of work the last couple months, and I had been desperately looking and cutting corners on bills. I finally got a new job a week ago, I'm doing my training right now. It's not paying what I'd like (but it's not bad; I can pay my bills and still have something left over), and it's completely out of my field. But I am happy as a pimp during a Shriner's convention. It's a weight off my shoulders not having to be terrified of opening my bills every month. As a plus, the people I work with are great. My boss isn't a prick, Woohoo! Just thought I'd share. [:)]

I was out of work too.Now I have 2 part time jobs. It may pan out to about 30 hours a week and no benefits. But I am very happy at both places and get 10 bucks more an hour than the other job I had. I know how you feel as its depressing to be out of work and its hard to have a sense of value when one is not feeling productive. So, thats great!

My field is in research. I didn't have to deal with folks that much there. But shit, I needed a job. I got one, and I am happy as a clam.
