If you are looking to achieve it, my slave had his nipples pierced last year. Not only did it increase the sensitivity incredibly, but they are quite obvious when he wears just a t-shirt. And that's just little man nips, not the 45 caliber slugs that my nipples are.

Ok, I will level with you, before I had it done, I was told both scenarios, one can make them more sensitive, the other, can make them less sensitive. I figured that mine are'nt sensitive anyway, so I won't be losing anything if it turns out the negative scenario, but I will be gaining if it is the other. Either way, it is the look of pierced nipples I love, and with a male, hey, I have at last found a use for them.
They are sensitive now, in fact, they are fucking wild !!! but this is talking from nine days after the actual piercing, who knows what they may be like when they have calmed down.
But, at the end of the day, I am happy with what I have done, and I have taken a step forward at last. Like I said, ink next.
I had mine done over 2 years ago, and they are so sensitive, I can barely stand to have them touched.
