I am A 54 year old woman
Please tell me how one can after the age of 50 have very sensitive nipples that stay erect most of the time

I am not sure if you are asking how to make them that way or they are currently that way.

I swear...I am 50 plus and my frigging nips are hard all the time it seems. Hot weather, cold weather whatever. If I don't wear a jacket over my shirt they poke
right through..standing at damm attention. I figured it was just one of those things. LOL ... Every time I go to the restroom, I adjust my bra, poke them nips down..
but it does no good whatsoever.

I don't know why it happens, but I know that a padded bra will make it less obvious. you might even try just adding nursing pads over them so it doesn't show.

Yeah, get them pierced, that definately brings sensitivity and erectness, I got it now where I did not have it before.

The "change" of life may have something to do with it. If they are too bothersome then the idea of nursing pads that "Peachgirl" suggested might be the thing. It will pad them from discomfort as well as hide the firmness. I have found that hard nipples are only bothersome when I am being introduced to a stranger and they look at them instead of me. My reaction to that was to gently reach out and lift their chin back up to my face........

i think it's fun to go out in public with my nipples...covered but evident. (and i'm 64years old.)

Me too, obvious nipples can be even more fun than cleavage.
Now I absolutely LOATHE a bra, but I want a couple of those ones that have the basic frame and function of a bra, the whole lift and separate thing, but leave most of of the breast bare, including the nipples. Fredrick's of Hollywood makes them, I dunno about Victoria's Secret..

You know, I've always wondered about that.. because I make a lot of scar tissue sometimes, and have worried that if I got My nipples done (which I've been thinking about for years), that I'd be sacrificing sensitivity instead of gaining it..

I am not over 50, but I do have constant headlights. I had a man in Vegas ask me if I was cold. It was 120 degrees out and there was no air conditioning in the area where we were. I have found that padded bras help to cover them up. Though I am loath to wear them, I work with all men being the only woman allowed to work nights. I really need them paying attention to what's going on, not my chest as we work a very dangerous job. So the bra goes on every night.

If you are looking to achieve it, my slave had his nipples pierced last year. Not only did it increase the sensitivity incredibly, but they are quite obvious when he wears just a t-shirt. And that's just little man nips, not the 45 caliber slugs that my nipples are.

i seriously considered it in the past but my friend beat me to it. after witnessing her utilize a mixing bowl filled with water for relief and the guttural slurping sounds she made after the tongue piercing i decided to take a pass and just clamp those babies instead since lack of sensitivity was never an issue.
