Sad, but I'm not surprised.

I think most new that it would be when they continued to delay making the results known as long as they did.

Really, when you get to the sort of relationship with the medical profession Michael had going on, and the sort of money he had to wave around, they should classify this as a suicide, or an accidental suicide.

locally the DA has done this type of thing.   and the charges stuck.

I know/knew my share of druggies and no one keeps that drug in the house.  It just is not typical.

I think I read this in "Who gives a shit" magazine.

Wasn't that blue's brother guy that died of an overdose given that overdose by someone else and she was charged with something?

This doctor's story in the MJ case keeps changing and because of that and what seems to be his trying to cover some things up, could bring on more than he might have been charged with because MJ was an addict and was getting things through the years from many doctors which was the key factor that might have cleared the doctor. What was done was medically unsound and the doctor wasn't trained to do it even in a medical setting.

The doctor in this case... the timeline... the medications used... all prove one thing to me... the doctor was a fool in his own life and tried to save himself by giving an addict what he wanted for big dollars and was a fool in medical practices as well.

Although MJ begged for what he wanted... no medical professional doing a good job would have agreed to do what he wanted. So therefore... in a jury of one... me... he is guilty. MJ played a role in his own death... but... had those wonderful and ethical medical professional's done the right thing... he might be in concert right now... an addict still... but alive.

What Popeye said.

I think this shows the class system in our medical world.  How many doctors will fall on this death?  How much money will the family sue for?
