While I was very happy that an earlier post came along specifically stating this wasn't the attitude of management at this particular establishment, said establishment came along and displayed an attitude of it's own.  I've always been in favor of supporting those businesses that afford the community opportunities that they might not have elsewhere.  If we want those opportunities to exist, we have to contribute by participating there.  However, it must be an environment that is patron friendly.  In the end, while this may be a wonderful play space, I'm not getting that impression.

Okay, it's nice that you are feeling strongly in favor about the place, but alienating one group of persons in the post boasting of how great the Quest is, just doesn't come across sounding like a welcoming place.

To mention booze too, hey, I am not a prude, if people want to drink themselves silly, more power to them, I do not drink, nor do I very much care for drug use. There was no mention of drugs, thankfully, but the drinking is a bit worrisome in a play environment. Why or how would that be a selling point to say booze are allowed?

Better PR would be recommended to establish a better name for the place. Alienating anyone who may be a possible visitor/member to the establishment is probably not wise for a business. Being new to the scene, or a seasoned vet to it, will not matter if the word is not good. All the people I've talked with about the Quest say the same thing, it's expensive and no one has any first hand experience with the place. Then you get posts like the original poster who paints a not so flattering image.

If it's private club or group I doubt it. There are bdsm groups here that limit members to age 39 and under and they still gather every month at the local dungeon. I can't recall having heard about any lawsuits but if there have been they apparently haven't been too successful.
