Hello! I'm fairly new to the whole BDSM thing and stumbled accross this site while doing some research. I figured I should go ahead and join as I've found that I frequently have questions and have no one to ask. There seems to be a wealth of knowledge here, so hopefully I'll learn alot!

Hmmmm....after reading some of the other "introductions" I thought maybe I should include some more about myself. My boyfriend and I have been together for about 2 years now. For the first year we had a pretty "vanilla" sex life, though it was very satisying. Then I accidentally discovered his interest in BDSM (he left some porn up on the computer and I saw it, so perhaps it wasn't an "accident" after all, haha). We talked about a lot of different things before the first time I actually let him tie me up, and the more I learned the more intrigued I became. We started with light bondage and have very slowly progressed from there. He is very much the Dominant in our relationship, and I am very submissive, but there's nothing really "formal" about our dynamic. When we're at home together, I'd say that we're in our "roles" (meaning that I'm wearing a collar, etc. or tied up or literally serving him) probably only 50% of the time, but I consider myself his slave every minute of the day. I've been researching different aspects of BDSM because I want to be more comforable trying new things as he introduces them.
