"German police women are to be issued with bullet-resistant bras to give them complete undercover protection. Three thousand front-line women police officers in Germany will now be required to wear the bras on duty. The new underwear was developed as a second barrier of defence after normal bras were found to cause injuries while on duty. The officers' bullet-proof vests, while stopping the force of gunshots in an attack, pushed the plastic and metal parts of their underwear into their flesh, causing injury." Reading this and a couple of other articles it got me wondering how many have a fantasy regarding Police Officers of any gender and what areas of kink people have a fantasy about and if some have even been able to life the fantasy out. No hidden agenda just me being a curious, nosey grizzly.......

Yea and I am thinking the bras are going to make the shirts tighter. Not that that's a bad thing. Maybe I should move to Germany.

Might just be very surprised as to how many Law Enforcement Officials (LEOs) , male and female, are into BDSM, in a very big way, in many, many countries.

One of my retired colleagues comments on occasion that he really wasn't the evil bastard villain used to believe he was, but he used to chuckle with evil glee when he snapped the cuffs on some really nasty piece of work and it never failed if that villain believed that my friend was planning to squash his (the villain's) balls between two large phone books. I've found a rather sadistic streak in a number of law enforcement and para-military personnel and aye a propensety for S&M too so it wouldn't suprise me if there were a good number involved in BDSM too..

Wouldn't it be easier to wear sports bras, with no plastic or metal parts? Sounds uncomfortable as hell.

Without knowing the precise manufacturing details and materials used to give added protection I can't comment in any detail. What I can say is that female martial artists use protective padding to cover the breast areas to prevent injury from full contact hits. My normal way of checking such things would be to wear the normal body armour issued to the German Police and have someone shoot me to ascertain the impact damage (bruising etc) and then add the additional or specially designed padding to see the effect. Now in the past when I have been shot on duty, I have suffered severely bruised ribs and in a couple of cases the ribs were cracked. I do know the additional damage I received when leaving several pens in a shirt picked which resulted in having pieces of then picked out in surgery at hospital after. In my book and within operational reason, I am all in favour for sensitive areas of the body have additional protection for in the long run, the chances are reduced of officers being laid up and unable to return to duty or too bruised/injured to work properly for a time. I used to find that things like vests and flack jackets were a pain in the arse to wear until I got used to them and saw the lives they saved. I'll settle for discomfort any day if it means I stay alive and operational enough to complete the task at hand. Strill this is just a personal matter on my part and others may well have different ideas which is ok for them.

For what it's worth, & just going on the title -literally - of this thread : I've heard through several sources that cops(American cops, anyway), are trained to not be totally suprised & not to overeact when coming upon folks like us indulging in public BDSM play. Of course they'll initially treat something like a kidnapping scene as the real thing(which, even as someone who's done kidnapping scenes, I say " good") but once they've determined whats going on they're most likely to "get it" & not be harsh about it. Like I said- for what it's worth.......

Dang! I was hoping from the post title it was a list of subbie coppers and their contact info. Some of My best subs have been subbie LEOs, and they're great kissers. Sport bras do not prevent damage made by the impact of the bullet...but the vest/bra is not gpint to stop a knife. They are experimenting with a new type of armor made from spider webs that should be able to decrease the amount of damage taken from high and low level impacts (bullets and knives). And if you think a german has a sexy accent you should hear an Aussie with a mixture of both accents. winks

The background is that a policewoman was seriously injured when her underwire was hit by a round. The bras aren't bulletproof, but lack the dangerous parts. Wearing them isn't mandatory.

I actually use and have used for some time, a light weight vest with includes fine chain-maile (similar to that which makes up abattoir gloves sheathed in kevlar with pockets for trauma plates. Stops most things and has given me adequate protection from both bullets and knives over the time i have been using it.

Mmmmmm.... I (like a lot of women) have long had a man in uniform fantasy. Lucky for me, my boyfriend is a cop so I've been living out my fantasy for almost 2 years!
