There is a very simple solution. If you have pacemaker or heart condition, don't argue with guys carrying guns, handcuffs and tasers, especially when you know you're wrong. He wasn't being asked to leave a seat that he paid for and had a right to be in.

As I understand it, both of these people were approached by police after a complaint was made because they were sitting in the wrong seat.

You'll notice the people who made said complaints were not also tasered. Why? Because instead of taking someone else's seat, they took the right steps to have a squatter removed from their own.

Shhhhh. Don't you go inserting LOGIC in here! That's cheating. [:D]

There is no logic in that statement unless you believe the police are incapable of acting unlike robots.

Eventually someone will die because it is seen as the quick and easy answer to modern forms of descent.

The police in that situation didn't descend like Batman and gleefully tase the guy. He was in someone else's seat and refused to move. They asked the cops for help. The guy still refused to move and then got belligerent. He brought it on himself. There's plenty of logic in what SoulPiercer said. Had the guy not done what he did, he wouldn't have been tased. Easy.
