it is a shitty name but it is a great book..
IT has scripts in it too for affirmation and reprogramming and also
feelings from a-z and what you may wish to replace them with..
It seems like it is cheesy at times but suddenly you realize your brain is thinking differently...

Courage. It's called "expanding your comfort zone".

You are one of the lucky few who has decided to act out his/her fantasies. Imagine if everyone just stuck with what their conscience told them to do.
Who was the first person to decide maybe a raw oyster would taste good.
Or a beef liver.
Or crawfish brains if you put lots of pepper in it.
Or that maybe if we kept on walking across this ice, we wouldn't actually fall off into the ocean but reach land on the other side of the Bering Strait.
