Take a good bra and cut just enough of it out to allow the nipple to poke through, the constant rub of fabric should keep it hard and protruding.

there is also nipple jewelry that keeps the nipple erect and constricts at the base to hold them on. the nipple erection rings are little o-rings at the base of the nipple that acts like a cock ring on men keeping the blood in the nipple. just avoid using one too small as it may cut off all circulation.
