Google "forced lactation" or "induced lactation".

I have lots of info. Cmail me on the other side and I will give it to you. It is a lot of time and a long term commitment to get it well established, but can be well worth it.

OP:
check out the MARMET method...
there are good threads on here too..
I tried a lot for myself and began to lactate again(last year)
and am in menopause..!!

DR's can prescribe medication also...some haev said they wish to help feed a grandchild..or help wet nurse for a friend...

a hospital breast pump can be purchased/rented which does very well..

It takes time..commitment and support from the D/s..
and once occurning..the breasts HAVE GOT be emptied///

it is a rewarding and wonderful..."play"//enhancement..to the LIFE...

If she has already had children then it won't necessarily take any time at all. We decided to have a go at this last year and used vacuum pumps (the alternative to fire cups) and I was lactating small amounts within a few days. I have already written about this on a previous but similar thread. As my milk ducts started to fill and produce more I went off sex and started to feel quite low. Steve investigated more about lactating women and discovered that certain hormones kick in that acts as a dopamine suppressant. As we know, dopamine is what makes us feel good and what fuels our pheromones which in turn make us desire sex.
As soon as I stopped I felt fine again and my sexual appetite came back.
I would strongly advise that if your going to do this you need to keep an eye on her general mood.

maybe and maybe not.
not trying to be a bummer, but every time these threads come up, this slave feels obligated to mention, there are a few women who can't, even after childbirth and using every method suggested.  for some women, no amount of "doing it right" will achieve what you desire.

And like Maria says, some of us when lactating are not interested in sex at all. Better be prepared to do most of the work around the place also, in order to lactate you must be a contented cow with no stress.

I second this as indeed, contrary to popular believe: NOT ALL WOMEN CAN LACTATE

ETA and size of breasts are no measure to go by either!!

And then some, like me, are always chomping at the bit, even then.  lol

That may be well and good but for most it will have an effect on sexual appetite.

Medical research reports that Prolactin provides the body with sexual gratification after sexual acts: The hormone counteracts the effect of dopamine, which is responsible for sexual arousal. Prolactin is what stimulates the mammary glands to produce milk. Prolactin is also the hormone released after orgasm and the hormone that makes us no longer desire sex. Regardless of how you promote lactation, your bodies response and changes in hormone levels will be the same.
The drug Domperidone, which is widely available in Europe but only available in the US through the black market is used to stimulate an increase in prolactin and so promotes lactation (tried this with instant results) but suppresses the dopamine levels. Without the dopamine our bodies lose the conditioned response to the stimulus i.e. sex or sexual desire by disconnecting it from the reward i.e orgasms and pleasure.
