They strut. They love gazing at themselves. They brag about how perfect they are. They look for imperfections in others so they can criticize them. Of course the best thing to do is avoid them. But if you can't, what are some good ways to cut them down to size?

Look on them with pity for a moment and then ignore them. Insulting them gives them attention, which just feeds that ego.

Walk away from them. Nothing bothers an egomaniac more than completely walking away from them and paying them no mind and it keeps you from getting tied up in their dramas.
