The woman is 100% likely to get just about as much action as she wants.

The guy has about a 27% chance, unless he's a guy who tries to calculate his odds of getitng some action, then his odds of getting some action drop to 17%, unless he is on a train that leaves Chicago headed west going 50 miles per hour and the girl is on a train that leaves San Fransisco headed east going 30 miles per hour. In that case the guy's chances drop to only 7%, while the girl's chances remain at exactly 100%.

Please recheck your stats.

A train heading west from Chicago at 50 mph and a train heading east from San Fransisco at 30 mph would meet somewhere around the Utah/Colorado border...in which case, both their odds are going to be severely compromised.

Way more man than women are looking for casual, no-strings-attached sex and play. So, the woman will have a lot more takers than the man will, unless she's extraordinarily unattractive, regardless of her D/s orientation. Same goes for a vanilla folks, it's a gender thing not a D/s or BDSM thing.
