THIS question(s) for anyone who has a pannus..

a hanging flesh apron lower stomach..often the result of a weight loss..
.
IT IS NOT FAT LEFT TO BE LOST >>IT IS SKIN THAT WILL NOT TIGHTEN and localized fat balls.Dont't tell me to exercise etc..I have..It is what is left.

Being a word whore....I just want to know what a Pannus is.

NOOKIE..imagine a balloon ..a big balloon..you let the air out..quickly..too quickly..what is left?...a hanging deflated reminant if its former self..

THOSE of us who have lost huge amounts..mine is about 100..PLZME lost over 200..have/had  a hanging lower stomach ...sometimes you will see ordinary folks with an apron of flesh.....that's a pannus........
its cannot be tightened thru exercise.

and FOR YOUR  WORD WHORE-ness
women and men have named their aprons dif things..

gunt....it is the gut over the cunt
fup...the sounds it makes when it slaps as you run
apron
awning

ya not funny but what can you do?..make the best of a pannus sitiution...

*snicker*

Gypzy, I refer to it as a dunlap, as in dunlapped over whatever, belt, genitalia, etc . . .

Thanks for posting this thread . . . .

So this has me wondering something, since it seems a few of us have one.... What can be done to stop the jiggling and fup'ing if we're trying to run? I'd love to take up jogging (since I already walk miles each day) but quite frankly, it hurts too damn much and is uncomfortable.

Any suggestions?

Hey, Rain, a girdle? Yep, uncomfortable as hell, but it's a pannus 'bra', as much as there is such a thing .. . . Can be as all encompassing & reinforced as one wants, or can be as light & simple as a panty-girdle . . . . . I used to wear 'em all the time specifically to 'control' that dunlap of flesh, make it 'disappear', as much as such was possible . . . There're probably ones made specifically for working out, too . . . .

I was afraid someone would say that.... Blechhhhhhh.

(That's all I could think of too but do you know how hard it is to find a "girdle" anymore?)

RAIN....

I have found the SPANX Wear really good..the longer ones do not make you a muffin and just push "it" up..
also the body suits..etc..so that  it is over the whole upper body..

and while on the subject and accepting reality I fold flannelette or a small thin towel and put it under for sweat/odour and etc...

Also I made an interesting invention..the gunt hider..

I take nice material..silk maybe/....or a little mesh net..or material similar to the pants or skirt I am wearing and sew an extra little apron/free flap of fabric in front..from the waist band,, not all around..just in part of the front..

IT hangs down and gives a straighter line plus the gunt is under it.

I sew it on a slant or just a triangle or in a square..
I have also taken skirts I like that are for smaller women..opened them on 2 sides and then made ties..I then tie on each side and wear leggings or capris and have a apron skirt..
