Rose Hills Funeary Services of Whitter, CA.

His nose will be buried in a separate private ceremony, after a viewing by the FBI.

Status: offline 		No word yet as to whether Malden fans across the world have begun committing suicide.

OK, seriously, I was amazed to learn the guy was 97 years old. Do you guys have any idea how long it takes to live that long? I don't know exactly how long, because I suck at math and big numbers just leave me sitting here blinking my eyes, but lemme tell ya, it's a long fucking time! What a body of work he put together over the span of that career. He worked with everybody; I challenge anyone to spend an entire day flipping through the cable movie channels without stumbling across at least one film that had him in it.

Thanks, Karl, you made a lot of movies better just by being in them. You left a legacy to be proud of. Rest in peace, man.

Status: offline 		I so loved his acting and was going to make a post of my own..here is a good site to read about him:  http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0001500/   but for me it will aways be the the "Streets of San Francisco" TV show!  (come on people...jokes about body parts....let me see the ones about Michael Jackson!  jeez....)

Status: offline 		I adored Karl Malden, he was a classy actor from the "old school"
days of acting.
I loved so many of his movies, my favorite Karl Malden movies are Gypsy,
On the Waterfront, Streetcar of Desire and BabyDoll!!!
If you have not seen BabyDoll, I would recommend watching it, there is a subtle BDSM
element in it.  Now I understand what the attraction was in BabyDoll.
