I some times get messages from very sexy neubile looking young ladies who have unsolicitedly taken such a shine to my profile that they want to desparatly chat with me, so much so that they even send me their yahoo email address, wanting me to add them asap in order that we can chat .....
as flattering as this all is I can smell a rat here as if it looks too good to be true it probably is!!!
But what I would like to know is why they want to collect email addys and what do they do with them?

they try to entice gullible people into sending them money, join paysites, etc

They're trying to get money from you in one way or another. Especially on a kink site it's going to be too good to be true to have women throwing themselves at you - unattached women are usually fewer in number on these sites.

I love the one that told me that they "got juicy just reading your profile." Well, she must be a hard core nympho because I designed my profile to be as boring as possible. imagine getting aroused by:

"I'm just here for the Message Boards. I am not seeking anyone at this time."

Sheesh.

Even more funny was the beautiful blond woman from Nigeria who wanted to be my "everhing tooal salve," because "yu pics make me hotte and week nees."

Right after I send the nine hundred dollars (she knew how to spell that right!) for airfare of course

I think they also pass them to certain 'pharmaceutical' companies who offer you 'pills' to make certain bits of you grow or perform better.

There are web sites you can join, and trace email addys. So if you send yours, it is possible to trace it, and maybe find where you live, etc.
