ETC =Electroconvulsive Therapy? I think the people often confuse the “ampere” and the “ampere hour”. One ampere-hour is equal to 3600 coulombs. (1 A second=1 Coulomb). It is formulated some other way: if the quantity of electric charge is 1 Coulomb, this means the 3599 charges will arrive in the next each seconds but the patient does not receive a whole ampere promptly. The direct current does not have a frequency (Hz) as opposed to the alternate current. There is a big benefit in the torturing play since the 50 Hz stops the heart easily but it is necessary to be careful with the strength of the DC too: its usage may cause serious trouble on the part of the breast! The Domes ladies' majority realized that already presumably the balls endure more than the heart and it heals without a trace, the recovery does not happen so difficultly than the traumata caused by the kicks. We do not have a big advantage over girls in these torture games
