Now in all fairness, the domly Hawtness one may have a point.  Don't you all dare look at me crosseyed for saying this, but how about a good beating?  That sets my circuits straight for a good long while.  Maybe I'm just the weird one.  :P

I've nerve pain, had back surgery and if I move just right or lift something too heavy...ha, pain makes ya gasp, if you can breathe.

So far I've not found anything that helps- heat, excedrins, aleve, vicodens, (... basically I prefer a bit of the herb and just rest til whatever heals up). Do not mix meds and do not drink much when using them, unless you discuss first w/ your Dr.  And YES, weather changes/too much humidity, seems to make things ache more. If it was me, I'd start dragging the a/c up. Don't forget to rinse (or replace) the filter.

Chronic pain~ in order to live you need to learn how to blow it off. lol.

Is there some logical reason why you wouldn't go to the doctor?  It seems that you weren't having this issue when they did the recent blood work and by the way, not every problem shows up in simple blood work.  But really, a message board is not the place for a medical diagnoses.

Hehehehehe...... You discribe how I feel with my fibromyaglia. It sucks. But I didnt know thats what the pain and such was until I talked to my Dr. I now take a hole gamit of meds for everything. But... for the most part, my fibro is getting under control. I would say to do some research on fibro and then take all the information to your Dr.

I so hear you girlfriend.   I have 4 herniated disks... among a few other injuries.  When you live the chronic pain live- I had to learn that it is what it is.  With injuries I must EXPECT  this and that.   To feel good is a gift.   It goes in cycles.  The other day I reached for something... felt the pull.  OMG.  Here we go again.

ANyhow- per this post the AC seems to do the trick.   The pulled back- re-pulled- what have you I know what I need to do about that.  The Chiropractor.  I will pop some muscle relaxers...  if it doesnt snap back then I go to the chiropractor.

HUgs to you.

Vampz -> RE: Pain levels and help- (6/13/2009 6:15:17 PM)

Gosh, PAhunkboy... man! Your body sounds a wee little bit screwed up. Sorry to hear. Yes me too, supply of muscle relaxers- bummer is I sleep when taking them, but then again zzzzzz til the pain reduces.

Yup hoping to see Chriopractor while insurance will still pay for it. Call on Monday~
