I love providing nifty ideas to augment people's fantasies - its the creative writer in me --- before I say anything though...
NOTE: You give nothing by way of likes, turn ons, etc. to appeal to in augmenting the fantasy. Like what in order are your fetish goal: is the idea of being bound or under lock and key the paramount consideration, or the humiliation of being a prisoner. If you get off more from the former, than the later, the prescription for things to add would be radically different, than say if you don't get off from humiliation at all. Plus what about things like feminization? Or for that matter, forced homosexuality? Many people would put these completely off limits, but for some people, this is a massive part of the sexual adventure.
That said, with nothing to go off about your PERSONAL kinks, I'll just list a lot of aspects of Prison Fantasy that others get off from as ideas to fill your head with:
1) The Dommes who chimed in have a point to some degree - you should include more specifically for the Domme - you are paying your debt to society so perhaps creating "Work Detail" or "Chain Gang" tasks for yourself - namely cleaning floors and toilets with a tooth brush (your toothbrush), doing time in the "mess hall" by cooking in the kitchen, "chain gang" style work in the yard (raking, cleaning gutters) all while shackled.
But yes, others are correct, there are plenty of people out there who will take you up on the "prisoner" offer because they get off on the complimentary "guard" job - though do know that the more you offer up to others, the better off you'll be in the end. And for this particular scenario, I think traveling would probably enhance the experience.
2) Continuing with the "Chain Gang" idea, I think you can add the concept of being taken somewhere offsite from the prison and have to do inmate style work in semi-public. Ideally someplace off the beaten path in quasi-wilderness. Perhaps wilderness clean up. (Its nice if you can actually do a public service while enjoying your kink)
3) Psychology Studies: I should point out there are LOADS of studies of prison psychology you should consult. For example, the "Stanford Prison Experiment." For that matter, you can look into stuff done at Gitmo and by various totalitarian regime prisons (Nazis, Gulags, etc.) Its the little things that sometimes have a huge effect. I also HIGHLY recommend you read up on the aftercare from the Stanford Prison Experiment, so you realize psychologically the lasting effects of taking part in a simulated prison undertaking - its far more mind altering than many even know, but if you make yourself aware of what the effects are, it will help dissipate them quicker.
As such, I would amend some thing to line up better with known triggers for humiliation and difficulty in prison stay:
a) You should wear something - the fact is nudity psychologically is usually less mentally challenging than wearing a smock bib. Ideally, do something like an undersized, feminine hospital gown. Also have a large number written on you. You should be called by this "inmate number." Certain jails also make inmates who misbehave wear women's panties as punishment. Once again, not sure if ANY of this is your fetish, but if humiliation is what you go for, nudity is generally psychologically less humiliating than being made to both wear something that looks ridiculous and be exposed. (hence, XS pink hospital gown that goes to the waist)
b) Do not allow yourself the ability to tell the time at all and undergo some form of sensory depravation to day and night if possible. So hide clocks, be kept from knowing whether its day or night for periods of time, and be forced to wake and sleep at weird times. This tends to be pretty hard to do in the confines of most houses.
c) Eye contact restrictions. As such, your "Dom" if she was really smart, would wear reflective glasses at all times, preventing you from seeing into her eyes even if you tried. When she's tired of wearing the glasses, she should blind fold you. This has a chilling effect.
4) Add a strip search to the whole ordeal - rubber gloves, lube, etc.. Plus some form of "de licing," which in reality often involved harsh chemicals, but a very demented Domme can play with this concept and use Ben Gay / Icy Hot or other creams slathered liberally in the lower extremities. Also, if you want to take it to the next level, you can add the "shaving of the head" coming into prison.
5) Clearly, the prison ordeal often involves "rape." This can occur either through the Domme using a strap on, or through the inclusion of an additional male partner. I would highly suggest this is negotiated beforehand in terms of limits. You may just agree you've been admitted to a more "well run" prison. Also in terms of the idea of additional participants, the Domme may want to implement the concept of "visitor days."
6) Don't know how progressive your prison would be, but you can include more barbaric prison rules, such as shock collars or like Singapore, include regular "canning," as part of your punishment. Or worse... I don't know if the Masochistic aspect of the prison fantasy is part of your overall kink.
